March 8, 2024 – Applied Graphite Technologies Corporation (formerly Audrey Capital Corporation) (TSXV: AGT) (the “Corporation”), is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced Qualifying Transaction (as defined in Policy 2.4 Capital Pool Companies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”)). The Qualifying Transaction proceeded by way of a three-cornered amalgamation pursuant to which Applied Graphite Technologies Corporation, a private company incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia)(“AGT”), amalgamated with 1445056 B.C.
